Graduate Support

Our Director of Graduate Support partners closely with scholars and their caregivers to ensure a thoughtful, well-supported transition from elementary school to secondary school and beyond. Beginning in the upper elementary grades, we provide individualized guidance to help families navigate the school placement process.

Personalized Advising

Family partnership is at the heart of our work. We collaborate with caregivers throughout each step of the application journey, offering one-on-one advising, clear timelines, and hands-on support tailored to each student’s strengths, needs, and goals. Students receive structured application and essay support during an advisory block, where they develop personal statements, practice writing skills, and reflect on their academic and personal growth with guidance from trusted adults.

Exam & Interview Coaching

Our program also includes interview preparation, helping students build confidence, articulate their experiences, and present themselves authentically. To further support placement opportunities, we offer ISEE preparation classes and host the ISEE exam on campus at Mission Grammar School, reducing barriers and creating a familiar, supportive testing environment for our students.

Ongoing Collaboration

Beyond placement, we maintain strong relationships with secondary schools and continue to support our graduates through ongoing advising, progress tracking, and connection to resources and enrichment opportunities. Our goal is to ensure every student and family feels informed, supported, and empowered—every step of the way. Visit our Alumni page.
