Early Childhood Program Application Process

It is my pleasure to welcome you and your family into our Mission Grammar Community!

At this time we are at capacity for the 2024-2025 school year and are no longer accepting new scholars.

Good news! Registration for the 2025-2026 is open!

To apply to our EC Program, please see the steps below.

Early Childhood Application Process:

  1. Create an account and complete the online application.
  2. Required: request a school tour and information session. Please plan to bring your scholar(s) with you! School tours can be requested by clicking this link.
  3. Once your visit is complete, the Admissions Office will reach out to share information regarding availability and potential next steps.
  4. Scholars who are invited to enroll (based on availability) will receive a link to our enrollment packet.   Completed enrollment packets MUST include the following information:
    • The completed FACTS Enrollment Packet (available online via FACTS Family Portal) INCLUDING a signed tuition agreement
    • Scholar’s most recent physical/immunizations (submitted online via FACTS Family Portal)
    • Developmental History Form (as required by the State of Massachusetts, submitted online via the FACTS Family Portal)
  5. Upon successful completion of the Enrollment Packet AND upon review and approval of the packet by our Early Childhood leadership team, the Admissions Office will notify families of their proposed start date.  Please note:  All scholars entering the Early Childhood Program @ MG (infants – K1) will experience a staggered transition into our program during the first week of enrollment.  Specific details regarding this transition will be provided as a part of your enrollment offer!

Additionally, for scholars applying to K0 (age 3 by 9/1 of current school year or K1 (age 4 by 9/1 of current school year)
, a teacher recommendation and school records from the applicant’s previous center/school will be requested as a part of the application process.  Applications will not be considered complete until this information is received by Mission Grammar.

Admissions decisions are typically made on a rolling basis.  While most of our classrooms are currently full and on waitlists for the 2025-2026 school year, the Admissions Office HIGHLY recommends completing the current year (2025-2026 application) if you are seeking a high quality child care option any time between now and June 2026.

If you are seeking childcare/PreK/KO/K1 for the upcoming (2026-2027) school year, completion of the 2026-2027 application is recommended.
