Elementary School Application Process

1. Create an account and complete the online application.
2. Request a campus tour (this step is required). The scheduling link will be automatically shared upon submission of your application. Please plan to bring your scholar(s) with you! 
3. Obtain copies of your scholar’s school records including report card, attendance, MAP scores, and any IEP/504 plan materials. 
4. Apply for financial aid (if applicable).
5. You will then be notified of your application status via email. Applications will not be considered complete and ready for review until you have attended a campus tour, all school records are received, and a teacher recommendation has been submitted .
6. Scholars who are invited to enroll will receive a link to our enrollment packet.

The application deadline for 2027-2028 for scholars in Grades K2 – 6th will be January 31, 2027.  Decisions will be sent during the Week of March 16, 2027.  All applications received beyond this deadline will not be considered until April 2027.
